Embassy Equipping in 100 Seconds:
We exist to equip the church toward an effective, missional stance toward our culture and within our churches and neighborhoods. Paul called us ambassadors (2 Corinthians 5) who have been given the message of reconciliation. Embassy Equipping, along with The Embassy Newsletter, were developed to help us fruitfully represent our home Kingdom within this current culture to which we have been called. We resource church leaders, staff, staff cohorts, and individuals.

The Embassy Newsletter is an attempt to represent a Christian perspective in a conversation that does not assume belief or even an understanding of the Bible or Christian Theology. Every two weeks, we address a trend or aspect of our culture from a biblical perspective in a (hopefully) gracious way. Mike Sherman
Founder and Principal
Mike has been an engineer, a team leader for the engineering company he joined out of Michigan State University, an Executive Pastor after graduating from Covenant Seminary, and is a husband, father, and grandfather. He has led cultural engagement and leadership development efforts for staff and leadership teams, as well as for church members and groups for over ten years.

Mike is the sole permanent member of Embassy Equipping, but he is joined from time to time, both in the resources offered here, and in his subscription newsletter - The Embassy, by other pastors and leaders who have been part of Mike's journey and development.
